Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by MAREE PROJECT MANAGEMENT - FZCO, trading as MATCHALAB. Because our services involve professional creative and technical work that begins immediately upon engagement, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.

2. Deposits (Non-Refundable)

All project deposits (typically 50% of the total project value) are non-refundable. The deposit secures our team's availability, covers initial research, planning, and setup work, and reserves your project slot in our schedule.

If you decide not to proceed after paying a deposit, the deposit will not be returned. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. Project Cancellation Mid-Way

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced:

• Before 25% completion: You will be charged the deposit amount only. Any balance payments made above the deposit will be refunded.
• 25% – 50% completion: You will be charged 60% of the total project value. Any overpayment will be refunded accordingly.
• 50% – 75% completion: You will be charged 80% of the total project value.
• Over 75% completion: No refund is available. The full project value is owed.

Project completion percentage is determined by MATCHALAB based on time invested, deliverables completed, and resources allocated.

4. Package Purchases

All packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum) are one-time purchases. Once work on your package has commenced, refunds are calculated based on the portion of deliverables completed. If no work has started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

5. Deliverable Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we will revise it within the agreed revision rounds at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction with a deliverable that meets the agreed brief and specifications.

If we fail to deliver a project that meets the agreed technical specifications or brief, we will correct the issue at our own expense. In cases of significant failure on our part, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of written confirmation. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible (bank transfer or Stripe). MATCHALAB is not responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges incurred during the refund process.

7. Disputes

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and promptly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been granted, please contact us in writing at info@matchalab.ai with full details of your concern. We will respond within 5 business days.

Any unresolved disputes shall be handled in accordance with the Terms of Service, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
